Economic Vitality Draft Goal 3: Foster a local economy that provides opportunities for all Tucsonan's to thrive.

a. Increase employment opportunities for people with different skills and education levels
b. Incentivize hiring people with barriers to employment
c. Retain students after graduation
d. Promote retention of employees and employers
e. Promote job/workforce training and development
f. Support K-12 and beyond workforce development
g. Promote education and workforce training to meet the needs of a changing climate
h. Attract high wage jobs and industry
i. Actively support inclusive economic development
j. Promote the use of local goods and services
k. Promote dignity and respect for all work
l. Increase access to funding from micro-loans to venture capital
m. Support age-friendly business practices
