    Transportation, Mobility and Access Goal 1: Maintain, adapt, and develop quality public infrastructure, facilities and services.

    a. Provide equitable access to employment, education, and businesses by sustainable mobility choices for all residents  

    b. Optimize existing infrastructure 

    c. Increase and improve public infrastructure, public facilities and service delivery 

    d. Provide a safe travel experience for all modes of transportation  

    e. Implement Complete Streets elements equitably 

    f. Provide equitable service delivery 

    g. Provide efficient service delivery  

    h. Increase resiliency of public facilities 

    i. Increase resiliency of infrastructure  

    j. Increase resiliency in the transportation system 

    k. Increase innovation in the development of public facilities and infrastructure 

    l. Leverage technology to improve system efficiency 

    m. Improve coordination in regional transportation planning

    Transportation, Mobility and Access Goal 2: Integrate transportation and land use decisions to support multi-modal access.

    a. Make land use decisions that enhance the connectivity between residential and commercial development. 

    b. Include current and expected land use and transportation needs in planning 

    c. Promote efficient transportation systems through mixed-use development on transit corridors 

    d. Design and develop infrastructure for ADA accessibility  

    e. Resolve ADA Accessibility gaps and support universal design practices 

    f. Prioritize sustainable mobility  

    g. Improve multi-modal transportation to create a safe and reliable system   

    h. Expand access so that everyone has multiple choices in transportation    

    i. Improve equity in the movement of people and goods throughout the community   

    j. Improve the quality of urban design for people  

    k. Include storm to shade elements in infrastructure design 

    l. Leverage density to increase walkability  

    m. Promote neighborhood scale development
