    Community Resources Draft Goal 1: Improve Community Wellness through increased public health access and utilization across the City.

    a. Locally mitigate climate change as a means to improve public health  

    b. Implement climate mitigation and adaptations equitably across the City   

    c. Reduce housing insecurity 

    d. Promote economic stability 

    e. Address inequitable burdens of pollution on communities and in health 

    f. Increase equity in the distribution of resources 

    g. Incorporate a Complete Streets policy in transportation planning to include safe multi-modal transportation options equitably throughout the City for residents of all ages 

    h. Include storm to shade elements in infrastructure design 

    i. Increase use of Parks and Rec programming and facilities 

    j. Increase access to mental and physical health services  

    k. Decrease barriers to treatments for substance abuse disorders 

    l. Increase partnerships for coordinated support for vulnerable people  

    m. Eliminate food deserts by increasing access to fresh and healthy foods 

    n. Evaluate policies as they relate to social determinants of health 

    o. Increase access to tele-health options  

    p. Increase outreach for public health information  

    q. Increase language options for information 

    r. Celebrate and leverage diversity

    Community Resources Draft Goal 2: Expand access to quality education for all ages.

    a. Increase access to diverse and place-based educational experiences 

    b. Improve access to quality childcare 

    c. Increase early childhood education opportunities 

    d. Expand access to child-parent centers 

    e. Increase access to after school educational activities across the City 

    f. Increase resources for pre-K and K-12 facilities 

    g. Support K-12 and beyond workforce development 

    h. Collaborate with partners for workforce development  

    i. Invest in arts and culture programs in schools 

    j. Promote safe and supportive educational environments

    a. Provide equitable and timely emergency response 

    b. Provide and promote varied community-based health and safety resource

    d. Promote neighborhoods that are physically and socially active 

    e. Include storm to shade elements in infrastructure design 

    f. Promote strong resident leadership in neighborhoods 

    g. Foster neighborhood and city-wide pride
