Phase 3: Review and Refine is an opportunity for the community to engage with the preliminary draft of Plan Tucson 2025 and provide feedback to shape the final draft before it goes to the ballot in November 2025.
Phase 2 concluded with a thorough review of the draft goals and policies in Plan Tucson. Community members who have been working with us closely may be interested in following some of the renaming and clarification of policy language outlined in the Policy Renaming and Streamlining Tracking Workbook.
Phase 3 begins with the release of the preliminary draft for community feedback. Throughout the winter of 2024-2025, the community can attend Plan Tucson hosted events and meetings, host their own meetings, and/or complete individual surveys to provide feedback to be used in the revision process. This phase also includes study sessions and public hearings at the Planning Commission in which the public can attend and participate during call to the audience. Phase 3 concludes when a draft of Plan Tucson 2025 is adopted by Mayor and Council to be placed on an upcoming ballot.
