Thank you for your interest in Plan Tucson! Follow these simple steps to host a meeting with your own group. A Meeting-in-a-Box is a great way to review the pieces of the preliminary Plan that interest you most and share your feedback with the City. Printed materials for Meeting in a Box can be picked up from any ward office.
Pick a time and place to hold your meeting (which could be virtual). Depending on how much time you want to spend, you can complete your group meeting in 1-2 hours.
Identify a leader/facilitator and a notetaker
The leader/facilitator is responsible for meeting preparation and leading the meeting.
The notetaker is responsible for capturing the group's feedback and making sure it gets submitted through the online survey.
Choose which Meeting-in-a-Box topic your group would like to discuss (see below). Then follow the instructions in each meeting to prepare for and run your meeting!
