Economic Vitality Draft Goal 4: Maximize Tucson and the region's strategic location.

a. Expand economic development partnerships both domestically and internationally  
b. Increase integration with surrounding markets including Phoenix and Mexico
c. Balance traditional import and export of resources with locally supplied goods and services
d. Promote locally sourced materials
e. Support local food production
f. Attract investment to diversify Tucson’s economy
